Brian began recording music in 1986 on a 4-track recorder that used cassette tape as the medium. Several 4-tracks evolved into mp3 multi-track recorders and eventually to the full Digital Analog Workstation’s used today.
Brian recorded several of his solo blues peers in Atlanta and released a compilation album entitled “Atlanta Acoustic Blues” in 1998. This album included many early performer influences on Brian such as Bill Sheffield, Slim Fatz, Mudcat, Ross Pead, and Sandra Littel. Over the following twenty years Brian would write, record, and release 10 original albums under the name Bo Weevil.
Currently Brian is a proud user of Presonus Studio One and Notion, Event and Yamaha monitors, and primarily Rode microphones. He uses his studio primarily for composing and recording his own original and musical theater work.
